毎月のやりたいことリスト 利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供する「毎月のやりたいことリスト」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

1. 適用と同意

本規約は、本アプリの利用に関するユーザーと運営者との一切の関係に適用されます。ユーザーは、本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリの利用を中止してください。

2. ライセンス

運営者は、ユーザーに対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的に利用する、譲渡不能・非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリのプログラム、デザイン、テキスト、画像などの権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属し、無断での複製・改変・配布はできません。

3. プレミアムプラン

本アプリでは、広告の非表示やテーマカラーの変更などのプレミアム機能を利用できる自動更新サブスクリプション（月額プラン・年額プラン）を提供しています。内容はアプリ内に表示されるとおりです。

• 価格と期間は App Store または Google Play の購入画面に表示されます。お支払いは購入の確定時に Apple ID または Google アカウントに請求されます。
• サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終わる24時間前までに解約しない限り、同じ期間で自動的に更新され、更新料金が請求されます。
• 解約や自動更新の停止は、iOS では「設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション」、Android では Google Play ストアの「お支払いと定期購入 > 定期購入」から行えます。解約しても、支払い済みの期間の終わりまでプレミアム機能を使えます。
• 返金は Apple または Google の定める規定に従います。運営者が直接返金することはできません。
• 機種変更や再インストールのあとは、アプリ内の購入の復元から、同じアカウントでの購入を復元できます。

4. 広告

無料版では Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告に関する情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。広告の内容は広告主の責任によるもので、広告から利用した商品やサービスについて運営者は責任を負いません。

5. ユーザーが入力する内容と AI 機能

ユーザーが登録したやりたいこと、メモ、写真などは端末内に保存され、その内容についての責任はユーザーにあります。データは端末内にのみあるため、端末の故障やアプリの削除などで失われた場合、運営者は復元できません。

やりたいことを小さなステップに分ける AI 機能の提案は、端末内の AI が自動で作るもので、正確さや実現性を保証するものではありません。参考情報としてご利用いただき、健康・お金・法律などに関わる判断は、必要に応じて専門家にご相談ください。

6. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為をしてはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為、犯罪行為に関連する行為
• 本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布
• 運営者または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
• 本アプリの運営を妨げる行為

7. 免責

本アプリは現状のまま提供され、運営者は、完全性・正確性・特定の目的への適合性を保証しません。本アプリの利用または利用できないことによってユーザーに生じた損害について、運営者は、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。

8. サービスの変更・終了

運営者は、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。

9. Apple の標準使用許諾契約

App Store から本アプリを入手した場合、本規約に加えて Apple の標準使用許諾契約（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）が適用されます。本規約と同契約の内容が矛盾する場合は、法令で認められる範囲で本規約が優先します。

10. 規約の変更

運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の本規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

11. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

毎月のやりたいことリスト (Monthly To-Do List) — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "毎月のやりたいことリスト" (the "App") provided by Larry Works ("we" or "us").

1. Application and Acceptance

These Terms apply to all matters between you and us relating to the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Rights in the App's software, design, text and images belong to us or the rightful owners, and they may not be copied, modified or distributed without permission.

3. Premium Plan

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly plans) that unlock Premium features such as removing ads and changing the theme color. Their contents are as shown in the App.

• Prices and periods are shown on the App Store or Google Play purchase screen. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period, and you are charged for renewal, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel or turn off auto-renewal in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or on Android in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. After cancelling, Premium features remain available until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
• After changing devices or reinstalling, you can restore purchases made with the same account from the restore option in the App.

4. Advertising

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled. Advertisers are responsible for their ads, and we are not responsible for products or services you obtain through them.

5. Your Content and the AI Feature

Items, notes, photos and other content you enter are stored on your device, and you are responsible for that content. Because the data exists only on your device, we cannot restore it if it is lost through device failure, deleting the App or similar causes.

Suggestions from the AI feature that breaks items into small steps are generated automatically by on-device AI, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or feasibility. Please treat them as reference only, and consult a professional where appropriate for decisions involving health, money, law or similar matters.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you must not:

• act against the law or public order, or engage in conduct related to crime;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App;
• infringe the rights of us or any third party;
• interfere with the operation of the App.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant its completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to or Termination of the Service

We may change the App or stop providing it.

9. Apple Standard EULA

If you obtained the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies in addition to these Terms. If these Terms conflict with that agreement, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the App.
