毎月のやりたいことリスト (Monthly To-Do List) — Privacy Policy

Effective: October 25, 2026
Last updated: October 25, 2026

"毎月のやりたいことリスト" (the "App") is provided by Larry Works ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how. See the Terms of Use for the conditions of use.

1. Data Stored on Your Device

The items you add, notes, completion dates, the photos, comments and moods you record when you complete an item, and settings such as theme color and notifications are stored only on your device. They are not stored on our servers or in any cloud (see Section 4 regarding item titles).

There is no account registration or sign-in, and we do not collect your name, address, phone number or email address.

2. Device Permissions

The App does not use the location permission.

3. Information We Collect

To deliver push notifications, we store a device identifier (an identifier the App generates for each device), a push notification token and the time of the last update in Google Cloud Firestore. At launch, the App also reads our configuration data to check for maintenance notices and update announcements.

4. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

Firebase Analytics (Google LLC): collects an app instance ID, the device identifier described above, usage events such as screens viewed and buttons tapped, device model and OS version, and an approximate region inferred from your IP address, to analyze usage and improve the App. Usage events include the titles of items when you add or remove them or break them into steps with AI. Notes, comments and photos are not sent.

Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC): collects crash information and device information (model, OS version, etc.) to fix bugs.

Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC): issues and uses a token to deliver push notifications.

Firebase Remote Config (Google LLC): used to deliver settings such as update announcements.

Google AdMob (Google LLC): to show ads in the free version and measure their performance, collects device information, an approximate location inferred from your IP address, and ad interactions such as views and taps. On Android it uses the advertising ID (AAID). On iOS the App does not ask for tracking permission (ATT) and does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA). Ads are not shown once you subscribe to the Premium plan.

RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.): collects the purchase status and history of the Premium plan and an anonymous ID that distinguishes purchasers, to verify and restore purchases. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your card details.

Please also review each provider's privacy policy:

On Android, you can delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in Settings > Google > Ads (the location may vary by device).

5. How We Use Information

We use the information to provide the App's features, deliver push notifications, analyze usage to improve the App, fix bugs, serve and measure ads, manage the Premium plan and restore purchases, and respond to inquiries.

6. Sharing and International Transfers

We do not provide information to third parties except as required by law. The services in Sections 3 and 4 handle information on our behalf or as described above, and may process it on servers outside Japan, including in the United States. We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention and Deletion

Data on your device is erased when you delete it in the App or delete the App. Deleted data cannot be recovered. To request deletion of the device identifier and push token stored in Cloud Firestore, or purchase information recorded by RevenueCat, please contact us at the address below. Firebase Analytics data is deleted after the retention period configured with Google.

8. Children

The App is not directed primarily at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information has been sent to us, please contact us and we will respond promptly.

9. Security

We strive to manage information securely, but we cannot guarantee complete security of data transmitted or stored over the internet.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as laws or the App change. When we do, we will announce it on this page and update the dates above.
