本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供する「異変マチアプ tindark」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
ユーザーは、本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。同意できない場合は、本アプリを利用しないでください。
本アプリはマッチングアプリ風の画面で遊ぶ、一人用のホラーゲームです。登場するプロフィール、写真、メッセージ、ストーリーはすべて架空のもので、実在の人物・団体とは関係ありません。
本アプリには、実在の人物とマッチングする、メッセージを送り合う、会うといった機能は一切ありません。他のユーザーと交流する機能もありません。本アプリを通じて実際の出会いを求めることはできません。
本アプリには、心理的な恐怖演出、不気味な画像や映像効果、突然の音や振動が含まれます。ホラー表現が苦手な方、心臓に持病のある方、光の点滅に敏感な方は、利用を控えるか十分に注意してください。本アプリは12歳以上の方を対象としています。
運営者は、ユーザーに対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的に利用する、譲渡不能・非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリに含まれる文章、画像、音声、プログラムなどの権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
本アプリでは、有料機能「Tindark Gold」を買い切りで購入できます。購入すると、発見済みの異変の再現や、ヒントを見るときの広告のスキップなどが使えるようになります。価格はストアの購入画面に表示されます。
支払いは App Store または Google Play を通じて行われ、返金は各ストアの規定に従います。機種変更や再インストールのあとは、購入画面の「購入を復元」から購入内容を復元できます。
本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。ヒントを見るときなどにリワード広告が表示されます。広告の内容や、広告から移動した先のサービスについて、運営者は責任を負いません。広告に関する情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
ユーザーは、次の行為をしてはなりません。
本アプリは現状のまま提供され、運営者は、不具合がないこと、中断なく動作すること、特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリの利用または利用できないことによって生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。端末内のゲームデータは、アプリの削除や端末の故障などで失われることがあり、運営者は復元しません。
運営者は、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を一時停止・終了することがあります。
App Store から本アプリを入手した場合、本規約に加えて Apple の標準使用許諾契約（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）が適用されます。本規約と矛盾する場合は、その範囲で Apple の標準使用許諾契約が優先します。
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の本規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じ、その後に本アプリを利用した場合は、変更後の本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of "Tindark" (the "App"), provided by Larry Works ("we" or "us").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is a single-player horror game presented in the style of a dating app. All profiles, photos, messages, and stories in the App are fictional and have no connection to any real person or organization.
The App has no feature for matching with, messaging, or meeting real people, and no feature for interacting with other users. You cannot use the App to meet anyone in real life.
The App contains psychological horror, unsettling images and visual effects, and sudden sounds and vibrations. If you are sensitive to horror, have a heart condition, or are sensitive to flashing lights, please avoid the App or use it with care. The App is intended for users aged 12 and over.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All rights in the text, images, audio, and software in the App belong to us or their rightful owners.
The App offers "Tindark Gold" as a one-time purchase. It unlocks features such as replaying anomalies you have already found and skipping ads when viewing hints. The price is shown on the store's purchase screen.
Payment is processed through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds are subject to each store's policies. After changing devices or reinstalling, you can restore your purchase with "購入を復元" (Restore Purchases) on the purchase screen.
The App displays ads served by Google AdMob, including rewarded ads shown when you view hints. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for services reached through them. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
You must not:
The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is free of defects, will operate without interruption, or is fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Game data on your device may be lost if the App is deleted or the device fails, and we cannot restore it.
We may change the App, or suspend or end its provision.
If you obtained the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies in addition to these Terms. Where the two conflict, Apple's Standard EULA prevails to that extent.
We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the App after that means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the App.
