「異変マチアプ tindark」（以下「本アプリ」）は Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供します。本ポリシーは、本アプリで取り扱う情報と、その利用方法について定めるものです。
本アプリはマッチングアプリ風の画面で遊ぶ、一人用のホラーゲームです。画面に登場するプロフィールはすべてゲーム内の架空のキャラクターで、実在の人物とマッチングしたり、メッセージをやり取りしたり、会ったりする機能はありません。他のユーザーと通信する機能もありません。
ゲームの進行状況（ループ数、発見した異変など）、音量などの設定、チュートリアルの表示状態は、お使いの端末の中にのみ保存されます。これらが運営者のサーバーに送られることはありません。
本アプリにはアカウント登録やログインがなく、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所・生年月日などは取得しません。GPS による位置情報、連絡先、写真・動画にもアクセスしません。
本アプリは以下の外部サービスを利用しており、各サービスが次の情報を取得します。
各社の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスのユーザーには、広告を表示する前に Google の同意管理ツール（UMP）で、広告目的での情報の利用について同意を求めます。同意しない場合は、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます。
同意の内容は、タイトル画面の「Credits」から開く画面にある「プライバシー設定」から、いつでも変更・撤回できます（この項目は同意が必要な地域でのみ表示されます）。
iOS では、初回起動時に App Tracking Transparency のダイアログで、広告のためのトラッキングを許可するかどうかを確認します。許可した場合に限り、広告識別子（IDFA）を広告のパーソナライズと効果測定に使います。許可しない場合、IDFA は使われません。選択は iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
Android では、端末の「設定 > Google > 広告」（または「設定 > プライバシー > 広告」）から広告 ID の削除やリセットができます。
本アプリが求める権限は、プッシュ通知とトラッキング（iOS のみ）です。どちらも許可しなくてもゲームは遊べます。カメラ、写真、マイク、位置情報、連絡先の権限は使いません。
取得した情報は、ゲームの提供と進行状況の保存、広告の配信と効果測定、利用状況の分析による改善、不具合の調査と修正、お知らせの通知、有料機能の提供と購入の復元のために使います。
法令に基づく場合を除き、上記の外部サービス以外の第三者に情報を提供することはありません。これらの外部サービスは米国などの海外のサーバーで情報を処理するため、情報が日本国外に移転されることがあります。
端末内のゲームデータは、本アプリを削除するとすべて消えます。外部サービスが取得した情報は、各社の定める期間保存されます。運営者が管理できる範囲の情報の削除を希望する場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
本アプリはホラー表現を含み、13歳未満の子どもを主な対象としていません。13歳未満の子どもから故意に個人情報を集めることはありません。お子さまの情報が送られたと気づいた保護者の方は、下記までご連絡ください。
本ポリシーは、法令やアプリの内容の変更に応じて改定することがあります。改定したときは本ページで告知し、上記の日付を更新します。

"Tindark" (the "App") is provided by Larry Works ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.
The App is a single-player horror game presented in the style of a dating app. Every profile in the App is a fictional in-game character. The App has no feature for matching with, messaging, or meeting real people, and it does not communicate with other users.
Your game progress (loop count, anomalies found, etc.), settings such as volume, and tutorial status are stored only on your device. They are never sent to our servers.
There is no account registration or sign-in. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or date of birth, and the App does not access GPS location, contacts, photos, or videos.
The App uses the following third-party services, which collect the information described below.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App asks for consent to the use of information for advertising through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before showing ads. If you do not consent, you will see non-personalized ads.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from "プライバシー設定" (Privacy Settings) on the screen opened from "Credits" on the title screen. This item appears only in regions where consent is required.
On iOS, the App shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt at first launch to ask whether you allow tracking for advertising. Only if you allow it is your advertising identifier (IDFA) used to personalize and measure ads. If you do not allow it, the IDFA is not used. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
On Android, you can delete or reset your advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
The App asks only for notification permission and, on iOS, tracking permission. You can play without granting either. The App does not use camera, photos, microphone, location, or contacts permissions.
We use the information to provide the game and save your progress, serve and measure ads, analyze usage to improve the App, investigate and fix bugs, send notifications, and provide paid features and restore purchases.
Except where required by law, we do not share information with any third party other than the services listed above. These services process information on servers in the United States and other countries, so your information may be transferred outside Japan.
Game data on your device is erased when you delete the App. Information collected by third-party services is retained for the periods set by each provider. To request deletion of information within our control, please contact us below.
The App contains horror content and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information has been sent, please contact us.
We may revise this policy in response to changes in law or in the App. When we do, we will announce it on this page and update the dates above.
