「さわやか待ち時間」（以下「本アプリ」）は Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供します。本ポリシーは、本アプリで取り扱う情報と、その利用方法について定めるものです。なお、本アプリは「炭焼きレストランさわやか」の公式アプリではありません。
お気に入りの店舗、エリアの絞り込みなどの表示設定、広告非表示の購入状態、お知らせの既読状態は、お使いの端末の中に保存されます。iOS のホーム画面ウィジェットは、店舗の待ち時間を表示するために、選んだ店舗と取得した待ち時間を端末内に保存します。
本アプリにはアカウント登録やログインがなく、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などは取得しません。
許可いただいた場合に限り、現在地から近い店舗の順に並べるため、また地図上に現在地を表示するために、端末の位置情報を使います。位置情報は、画面を開いたときなど必要なときにだけ一度取得し、バックグラウンドで取得し続けることはありません。店舗までの距離の計算は端末の中で行い、位置情報を運営者のサーバーに送ったり保存したりすることはありません。
地図の表示には Google マップを使っており、地図に現在地を表示するときは、その表示のために位置情報が Google マップの機能で扱われます。位置情報の許可は、端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。許可しなくても、待ち時間の確認はできます。
本アプリは、端末ごとに発行される識別子（以下「端末 ID」）を使います。端末 ID は、利用状況の分析で同じ端末からの利用をまとめるため、またプッシュ通知の送り先を管理するために使います。
通知を許可した場合、Firebase Cloud Messaging が発行する通知用のトークンを、端末 ID と更新日時とあわせて運営者の Firebase（Cloud Firestore）に保存します。これは、お知らせなどの通知を届けるためだけに使います。
本アプリは以下の外部サービスを利用しており、各サービスが次の情報を取得します。
各社の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスのユーザーには、広告を表示する前に Google の同意管理ツール（UMP）で、広告目的での情報の利用について同意を求めます。同意しない場合は、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます。
同意の内容は、画面右上のメニュー（ドロワー）の「このアプリについて」にある「プライバシー設定」から、いつでも変更・撤回できます（この項目は同意が必要な地域でのみ表示されます）。
iOS では、App Tracking Transparency のダイアログで、広告のためのトラッキングを許可するかどうかを確認します。許可した場合に限り、広告識別子（IDFA）を広告のパーソナライズと効果測定に使います。許可しない場合、IDFA は使われません。選択は iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
Android では、端末の「設定 > Google > 広告」（または「設定 > プライバシー > 広告」）から広告 ID の削除やリセットができます。
取得した情報は、待ち時間と店舗情報の提供、近い店舗の表示、プッシュ通知の配信、広告の配信と効果測定、利用状況の分析による改善、不具合の調査と修正、広告非表示の提供と購入の復元、お問い合わせへの対応のために使います。
法令に基づく場合を除き、上記の外部サービス以外の第三者に情報を提供することはありません。これらの外部サービスは米国などの海外のサーバーで情報を処理するため、情報が日本国外に移転されることがあります。
端末内のデータは、本アプリを削除すると消えます。通知用トークンと端末 ID の記録は、通知の配信に必要な間だけ保存します。通知が不要な場合は、端末の設定で本アプリの通知をオフにしてください。保存された記録の削除を希望する場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。外部サービスが取得した情報は、各社の定める期間保存されます。
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを主な対象としておらず、13歳未満の子どもから故意に個人情報を集めることはありません。お子さまの情報が送られたと気づいた保護者の方は、下記までご連絡ください。
本ポリシーは、法令やアプリの内容の変更に応じて改定することがあります。改定したときは本ページで告知し、上記の日付を更新します。

"Sawayaka Wait Time" (the "App") is provided by Larry Works ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used. The App is not an official app of "Sumiyaki Restaurant Sawayaka".
Your favorite restaurants, display settings such as area filters, the purchase status of ad removal, and which announcements you have read are stored on your device. The iOS home screen widget stores the restaurants you choose and the wait times it has fetched on your device in order to display them.
There is no account registration or sign-in, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
Only if you allow it, the App uses your device's location to sort restaurants by distance from you and to show your position on the map. Location is obtained once, only when needed (for example, when you open a screen), and is never tracked in the background. Distances are calculated on your device, and your location is never sent to or stored on our servers.
Maps are provided by Google Maps; when your position is shown on the map, your location is handled by Google Maps for that display. You can change location permission at any time in your device settings. You can still check wait times without allowing it.
The App uses an identifier issued for each device (the "device ID"). It is used to group usage from the same device in analytics and to manage where push notifications are delivered.
If you allow notifications, the notification token issued by Firebase Cloud Messaging is saved, together with the device ID and the time of update, in our Firebase project (Cloud Firestore). It is used only to deliver notifications such as announcements.
The App uses the following third-party services, which collect the information described below.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App asks for consent to the use of information for advertising through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before showing ads. If you do not consent, you will see non-personalized ads.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from "プライバシー設定" (Privacy Settings) under "このアプリについて" (About this app) in the menu (drawer) at the top right of the screen. This item appears only in regions where consent is required.
On iOS, the App shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt to ask whether you allow tracking for advertising. Only if you allow it is your advertising identifier (IDFA) used to personalize and measure ads. If you do not allow it, the IDFA is not used. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
On Android, you can delete or reset your advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
We use the information to provide wait times and restaurant information, show nearby restaurants, deliver push notifications, serve and measure ads, analyze usage to improve the App, investigate and fix bugs, provide ad removal and restore purchases, and respond to inquiries.
Except where required by law, we do not share information with any third party other than the services listed above. These services process information on servers in the United States and other countries, so your information may be transferred outside Japan.
Data on your device is erased when you delete the App. The record of your notification token and device ID is kept only as long as it is needed to deliver notifications. If you do not want notifications, turn them off for the App in your device settings. To request deletion of the stored record, please contact us below. Information collected by third-party services is retained for the periods set by each provider.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information has been sent, please contact us.
We may revise this policy in response to changes in law or in the App. When we do, we will announce it on this page and update the dates above.
