本気のチンチロ 利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供する「本気のチンチロ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリは、スマートフォン上でチンチロを楽しむためのゲームです。

1. 適用と同意

本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する運営者とユーザーとの間のすべての関係に適用されます。ユーザーは、本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. ライセンス

運営者は、ユーザーに対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的に利用する、譲渡不能・非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布は禁止します。本アプリに関する知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。

3. ゲーム内通貨について（換金不可）

対戦モードで使う通貨はゲームを楽しむための架空のものであり、現実の金銭的価値を一切持ちません。通貨を購入・売却・換金・現金化したり、ユーザー間で譲渡したりすることはできません。本アプリは実際の金銭を賭ける賭博ではなく、賞金や景品が得られることもありません。通貨や記録は端末内に保存され、アプリを削除すると失われ、再インストールしても復元されません。

4. アプリ内課金

本アプリの基本機能は無料で利用できます。追加の機能として、次のアプリ内課金を提供しています。サブスクリプション（自動更新の定期購入）はありません。

• カスタマイズチンチロ: サイコロの色、音、速度などを変更できる買い切りの機能です。
• 全画面広告の削除: 全画面広告を表示しないようにする買い切りの機能です。
• 徳を積む: 開発者を応援するための消費型アイテムです。ゲームを有利にするものではなく、購入後の取り消しはできません。

価格は購入画面および App Store／Google Play に表示されるとおりです。決済は各ストアを通じて行われ、返金は Apple または Google の返金ポリシーに従います。買い切りの機能は、機種変更や再インストールの後に設定画面の「購入を復元する」から戻せます。消費型アイテムは復元の対象外です。

5. 広告について

本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告に関するデータの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

6. 占い機能について

占いの結果は娯楽として楽しむためのもので、内容の正確性を保証するものではありません。

7. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為をしてはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 本アプリを利用して実際の金銭や物品を賭ける行為
• 本アプリの不正な改変、チート、不具合の意図的な悪用
• 運営者または第三者の著作権、プライバシーその他の権利を侵害する行為
• 本アプリの運営を妨げる行為

8. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、その完全性・正確性・特定目的への適合性や、不具合がないことについて明示または黙示を問わず保証しません。本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた損害について、運営者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。

9. サービスの変更・終了

運営者は、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。

10. Apple の標準使用許諾契約

App Store から本アプリを入手した場合、本規約に加えて Apple の標準使用許諾契約（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）が適用されます。本規約と同契約の内容が矛盾する場合は、本規約が優先します。

11. 規約の変更

運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の本規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

12. 準拠法と管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Honki Chinchiro — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "Honki Chinchiro" (the "App"), provided by Larry Works (the "Operator"). The App is a game for enjoying Chinchiro on your smartphone.

1. Application and Acceptance

These Terms apply to all matters between the Operator and you concerning the use of the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

The Operator grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App. All intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Operator or to the rightful third-party owners.

3. In-Game Currency (No Cash Value)

The currency used in Battle Mode is fictional, for entertainment within the game, and has no real-world monetary value. It cannot be purchased, sold, redeemed, cashed out, or transferred between users. The App is not real-money gambling, and no prizes or winnings can be obtained. Currency and records are stored on your device; they are lost if you delete the App and are not restored by reinstalling it.

4. In-App Purchases

The App's basic features are free. The following in-app purchases are offered as extras. There are no subscriptions (auto-renewing purchases).

• Customize Chinchiro: a one-time purchase that lets you change the dice color, sounds, speed, and more.
• Remove Full-Screen Ads: a one-time purchase that stops full-screen ads from appearing.
• Toku (support the developer): consumable items for supporting the developer. They give no gameplay advantage, and a purchase cannot be undone.

Prices are as shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store / Google Play. Payments are processed by each store, and refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's refund policies. One-time purchases can be restored after changing devices or reinstalling via "Restore Purchases" on the Settings screen. Consumable items cannot be restored.

5. Advertising

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

6. Fortune-Telling

Fortune-telling results are for entertainment only, and their accuracy is not guaranteed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you must not:

• violate laws or public order and morals;
• use the App to bet real money or goods;
• tamper with or cheat the App, or intentionally exploit bugs;
• infringe the copyrights, privacy, or other rights of the Operator or third parties;
• interfere with the operation of the App.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from bugs. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service

The Operator may change the contents of the App or stop providing it without prior notice.

10. Apple Standard EULA

If you obtained the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) applies in addition to these Terms. If these Terms conflict with that agreement, these Terms prevail.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
