「本気のチンチロ」（以下「本アプリ」）は、Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供するアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリの利用にあたって取得する情報とその取り扱いを定めるものです。本アプリの利用条件は利用規約をご覧ください。
所持金（ゲーム内通貨）、対戦や出目の記録、フリーモードで入力したプレイヤー名、占いの履歴、各種設定は、お使いの端末の中だけに保存されます。ホーム画面ウィジェットに表示する占いの結果も端末内で受け渡しており、これらが運営者に送信されることはありません。
本アプリにアカウント登録やログインはなく、氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなどの個人情報は取得しません。
プッシュ通知をお届けするため、Google の Cloud Firestore に次の情報を保存します。
これらはお知らせの配信と、購入に関するお問い合わせへの対応にのみ使います。対戦の記録や所持金などのゲームデータはサーバーに保存しません。
Google AdMob（Google LLC）: 広告の配信と効果測定に利用します。広告識別子（IDFA／広告ID）、デバイス情報（機種・OSのバージョン）、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報、広告の表示やタップの記録が送信されます。
Firebase Analytics（Google LLC）: 利用状況の分析に利用します。アプリインスタンスID、画面の利用状況、おおよその位置情報などが送信されます。
Firebase Crashlytics（Google LLC）: 不具合の検出と修正に利用します。クラッシュ時の状況とデバイス情報が送信されます。
Firebase Cloud Messaging・Cloud Firestore（Google LLC）: プッシュ通知の配信と、上記2.の情報の保存に利用します。
Firebase Remote Config・Firebase In-App Messaging（Google LLC）: 設定の配信と、アプリ内でのお知らせの表示に利用します。
RevenueCat（RevenueCat, Inc.）: アプリ内課金の購入状態の管理に利用します。購入履歴と匿名IDが送信されます。
Google によるデータの取り扱いは https://policies.google.com/privacy を、Google がパートナーのアプリから得た情報をどう使うかは https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites を、RevenueCat によるデータの取り扱いは https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy をご確認ください。広告のパーソナライズ設定は https://adssettings.google.com から変更できます。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスのユーザーには、Google のユーザー同意管理（UMP）を使って、広告のためのデータ利用について同意をお願いしています。同意しない場合も本アプリは利用でき、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます。同意の内容は、設定画面の「プライバシー設定」からいつでも変更・撤回できます（この項目は同意の管理が必要な地域でのみ表示されます）。
iOS では、広告識別子（IDFA）を使ってよいかを確認するダイアログを表示します。許可した場合に限り、IDFA を広告の配信と効果測定に利用します。許可しない場合、IDFA は取得されません。許可の状態は iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
通知: プッシュ通知を受け取るための許可を求めます。許可しなくても本アプリは利用でき、端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。
モーションセンサー: 端末を振ってサイコロを振る操作のために加速度センサーを使います。センサーの値は端末内で処理し、送信しません。
共有: 結果の画像やテキストを共有するときは、ユーザーが操作した場合に限り、端末の共有機能で選んだ相手やアプリに渡します。運営者に送信されることはありません。
取得した情報は、広告の表示と効果測定、アプリの改善と不具合の修正、プッシュ通知やお知らせの配信、購入状態の確認と購入に関するお問い合わせへの対応のために利用します。法令に基づく場合を除き、上記のサービス以外の第三者に提供することはありません。
上記の外部サービスは米国などの海外のサーバーで情報を処理します。各社は自社のプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を管理しています。
本アプリには、Amazon などの外部サイトへのリンクが含まれます。リンク先での情報の取り扱いは、各サイトのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
端末内のデータは、本アプリを削除するとすべて消去されます。出目の記録は、アプリ内の履歴の削除機能で消すこともできます。Cloud Firestore に保存した情報は、本アプリを使い続けている間保存し、更新されます。この情報や RevenueCat の購入情報の削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。端末を特定するため、確認の手順をご案内することがあります。外部サービスに送信された分析・広告の情報は、各社が定める期間保存されます。
本アプリは賭け事を題材にしたゲームで、13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。子どもから故意に個人情報を集めることはありません。お子さまの情報が送信されたと思われる場合は、保護者の方から下記までご連絡ください。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定した場合は本ページで告知し、最終改定日を更新します。

"Honki Chinchiro" (the "App") is provided by Larry Works (the "Operator"). This policy describes the information obtained when you use the App and how it is handled. See the Terms of Use for the conditions of using the App.
Your money balance (in-game currency), match and dice records, player names entered in Free Mode, fortune-telling history, and settings are stored only on your device. Fortune results shown in the home screen widget are also passed within your device. None of this is sent to the Operator.
There is no account registration or sign-in, and the App does not collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address.
To deliver push notifications, the App stores the following in Google Cloud Firestore:
This is used only to deliver announcements and to respond to inquiries about purchases. Game data such as match records and money balance is not stored on the server.
Google AdMob (Google LLC): to deliver and measure ads. Advertising identifiers (IDFA / advertising ID), device information (model, OS version), approximate location inferred from your IP address, and ad impressions and taps are sent.
Firebase Analytics (Google LLC): to analyze usage. App instance IDs, screen usage, and approximate location are sent.
Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC): to detect and fix bugs. Crash details and device information are sent.
Firebase Cloud Messaging and Cloud Firestore (Google LLC): to deliver push notifications and store the information in section 2.
Firebase Remote Config and Firebase In-App Messaging (Google LLC): to deliver configuration and show in-app announcements.
RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.): to manage the status of in-app purchases. Purchase history and an anonymous ID are sent.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent to the use of data for advertising. If you do not consent, you can still use the App and will see non-personalized ads. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from "Privacy Settings" on the Settings screen (this item appears only in regions where consent management is required).
On iOS, the App shows a prompt asking whether it may use your advertising identifier (IDFA). Only if you allow it is the IDFA used to deliver and measure ads. If you do not allow it, the IDFA is not collected. You can change this at any time in "Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking" on iOS.
Notifications: the App asks for permission to send push notifications. You can use the App without allowing them and change this at any time in your device settings.
Motion sensor: the accelerometer is used so you can shake your device to roll the dice. Sensor data is processed on the device and is not sent.
Sharing: when you choose to share a result image or text, it is passed only to the person or app you pick in your device's share sheet. It is not sent to the Operator.
Information is used to show and measure ads, improve the App and fix bugs, deliver push notifications and announcements, and verify purchase status and respond to purchase inquiries. Except as required by law, it is not shared with any third party other than the services above.
The services above process information on servers located outside Japan, including in the United States. Each provider manages the information under its own privacy policy.
The App contains links to external sites such as Amazon. Information on those sites is handled under each site's own privacy policy.
Data stored on your device is erased when you delete the App. Dice records can also be erased with the history deletion feature in the App. The information stored in Cloud Firestore is kept and updated while you continue to use the App. If you would like it, or RevenueCat purchase records, to be deleted, contact us at the address below; we may ask you to follow verification steps to identify your device. Analytics and advertising information sent to third-party services is retained for the periods each provider sets.
The App is a game themed on gambling and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information has been sent, please contact us.
We may update this policy as needed. When we do, we will announce it on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
