本気のバカラ 利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供する「本気のバカラ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用する前に、本規約をよくお読みください。

1. 適用と同意

本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する運営者とユーザーとの間のすべての関係に適用されます。ユーザーは、本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. 利用資格と対象年齢

本アプリはシミュレーテッド・ギャンブリング（模擬的な賭けの演出）を含むため、17歳以上の方を対象としています。未成年の方がサブスクリプションを購入する場合は、親権者など法定代理人の同意を得たうえで行ってください。

3. ライセンス

運営者は、ユーザーに対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的に利用する、譲渡不能・非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布は禁止します。本アプリに関する著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。

4. 仮想チップについて（換金不可）

本アプリ内の「チップ」はゲームを楽しむための仮想的なポイントであり、現実の金銭的価値を一切持ちません。チップを売却・換金・現金化したり、ユーザー間で譲渡したりすることはできません。本アプリは実際の金銭を賭ける賭博ではなく、賞金や景品が得られることもありません。

5. サブスクリプション（VIPプラン）

本アプリでは、広告の非表示、倍速モード、カードバック、デイリーボーナスの増加などの特典が受けられる自動更新サブスクリプション「VIPプラン」（月額プラン・年額プラン）を提供しています。

• 価格と期間は、購入画面および App Store／Google Play に表示されるとおりです。
• 購読期間が終了する24時間前までに解約しない限り、同じ期間で自動的に更新され、更新料金はストアのアカウントに請求されます。
• 無料体験が提供される場合、体験期間の終了24時間前までに解約しないと有料プランに自動で移行します。
• 解約は、iOS では「設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション」、Android では Google Play ストアの「お支払いと定期購入 > 定期購入」から行えます。アプリを削除しただけでは解約されません。
• 返金は Apple または Google の返金ポリシーに従います。運営者が直接返金することはできません。
• 機種変更や再インストールの後は、設定メニューの「購入を復元」から購入状態を戻せます。

6. 広告について

本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。リワード広告を視聴すると、視聴と引き換えにゲーム内チップなどを受け取れますが、これも現実の金銭的価値を持ちません。広告に関するデータの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

7. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為をしてはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 本アプリの不正な改変、チート、不具合の意図的な悪用
• 本アプリを商業目的で利用する行為
• 運営者または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
• 本アプリの運営を妨げる行為

8. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、その完全性・正確性・特定目的への適合性や、不具合がないことについて明示または黙示を問わず保証しません。本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた損害について、運営者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。端末内に保存されたゲームデータは、アプリの削除や端末の故障などにより失われる場合があります。

9. サービスの変更・終了

運営者は、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。

10. Apple の標準使用許諾契約

App Store から本アプリを入手した場合、本規約に加えて Apple の標準使用許諾契約（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）が適用されます。本規約と同契約の内容が矛盾する場合は、本規約が優先します。

11. プライバシー

ユーザーの情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーに定めるとおりとします。

12. 規約の変更

運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の本規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

13. 準拠法と管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Honki Baccarat — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "Honki Baccarat" (the "App"), provided by Larry Works (the "Operator"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Application and Acceptance

These Terms apply to all matters between the Operator and you concerning the use of the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Rating

The App includes simulated gambling and is intended for users aged 17 and over. If you are a minor, obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before purchasing a subscription.

3. License

The Operator grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Operator or to the rightful third-party owners.

4. Virtual Chips (No Cash Value)

The in-app "chips" are virtual points for entertainment within the game and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold, redeemed, cashed out, or transferred between users. The App is not real-money gambling, and no prizes or winnings can be obtained.

5. Subscriptions (VIP Plan)

The App offers an auto-renewing subscription, the "VIP plan" (monthly and yearly), which provides benefits such as ad removal, double-speed mode, card back designs, and a larger daily bonus.

• Prices and periods are as shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store / Google Play.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal fee is charged to your store account.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• To cancel, go to "Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions" on iOS, or "Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions" in the Google Play Store on Android. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's refund policies. The Operator cannot issue refunds directly.
• After changing devices or reinstalling, use "Restore Purchases" in the settings menu to restore your purchase.

6. Advertising

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. Watching a rewarded ad grants in-game chips or other items in exchange for viewing, but these have no real-world monetary value. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you must not:

• violate laws or public order and morals;
• tamper with or cheat the App, or intentionally exploit bugs;
• use the App for commercial purposes;
• infringe the rights of the Operator or third parties;
• interfere with the operation of the App.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from bugs. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. Game data stored on your device may be lost if the App is deleted or the device fails.

9. Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service

The Operator may change the contents of the App or stop providing it without prior notice.

10. Apple Standard EULA

If you obtained the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) applies in addition to these Terms. If these Terms conflict with that agreement, these Terms prevail.

11. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
