「本気のバカラ」（以下「本アプリ」）は、Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供するアプリです。本アプリはユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。本アプリの利用条件は利用規約をご覧ください。
チップ残高、プレイ履歴、設定などのゲーム進行データは、お使いの端末内（ローカル）に保存され、運営者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。本アプリが氏名・住所・メールアドレスなどの個人情報を収集することはなく、アカウント登録やログインもありません。
ただし、本アプリが利用する以下の外部サービスによって、広告識別子（IDFA／広告ID）、デバイス情報（機種・OSのバージョン）、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報、アプリの利用状況、クラッシュ情報、購入状態などが収集される場合があります。
Google AdMob（Google LLC）: 広告（リワード広告を含む）の配信と効果測定に利用します。広告識別子、デバイス情報、おおよその位置情報、広告の表示やタップの記録が送信されます。
Firebase Analytics・Firebase Crashlytics・Firebase Remote Config（Google LLC）: 利用状況の分析、不具合の検出と修正、設定の配信に利用します。アプリインスタンスID、利用状況、クラッシュ時の状況、デバイス情報などが送信されます。
RevenueCat（RevenueCat, Inc.）: VIP（プレミアム）プランの購入状態の管理に利用します。購入履歴と、購入者を識別するための匿名IDが送信されます。
Game Center（Apple）／ Google Play Games（Google）: ランキングの表示に利用します。スコアは各社のアカウントに紐づいて各社のサービス上で管理されます。

欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスのユーザーには、Google のユーザー同意管理（UMP）を使って、広告のためのデータ利用について初回起動時に同意をお願いしています。同意しない場合も本アプリは利用でき、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます。同意の内容は、設定メニューの「プライバシー設定」からいつでも変更・撤回できます（この項目は同意の管理が必要な地域でのみ表示されます）。
iOS では、広告識別子（IDFA）を使ってよいかを確認するダイアログを表示します。許可した場合に限り、IDFA を広告の配信と効果測定に利用します。許可しない場合、IDFA は取得されません。許可の状態は iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
収集された情報は、広告の表示と効果測定、アプリの改善と不具合の修正、購入状態の確認のためにのみ利用します。法令に基づく場合を除き、上記のサービス以外の第三者に提供することはありません。
上記の外部サービスは米国などの海外のサーバーで情報を処理します。各社は自社のプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を管理しています。
端末内のゲームデータは、本アプリを削除するとすべて消去されます。外部サービスに送信された情報は、各社が定める期間保存されます。RevenueCat の購入情報など、外部サービス上の情報の削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
本アプリはエンターテインメント目的のゲームです。アプリ内のチップに金銭的価値はなく、実際の金銭を賭けたり換金したりすることは一切できません。アプリ内課金（VIPプラン）は広告の非表示や倍速モードなどの機能を提供する月額または年額の自動更新サブスクリプションで、チップを購入するものではありません。決済は App Store または Google Play を通じて行われ、本アプリがクレジットカード情報などを受け取ることはありません。
本アプリはシミュレーテッド・ギャンブリング（模擬的な賭けの演出）を含むため、17歳以上を対象としています。13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもから故意に個人情報を集めることはありません。お子さまの情報が送信されたと思われる場合は、保護者の方から下記までご連絡ください。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定した場合は本ページで告知し、最終改定日を更新します。

"Honki Baccarat" (the "App") is provided by Larry Works (the "Operator"). We respect your privacy and handle information as described below. See the Terms of Use for the conditions of using the App.
Game progress data such as your chip balance, play history, and settings is stored locally on your device and is never sent to the Operator's servers. The App does not collect personal information such as your name, address, or email address, and there is no account registration or sign-in.
However, the third-party services listed below may collect information such as advertising identifiers (IDFA / advertising ID), device information (model, OS version), approximate location inferred from your IP address, app usage data, crash reports, and purchase status.
Google AdMob (Google LLC): to deliver and measure ads, including rewarded ads. Advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, and ad impressions and taps are sent.
Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config (Google LLC): to analyze usage, detect and fix bugs, and deliver configuration. App instance IDs, usage data, crash details, and device information are sent.
RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.): to manage the status of VIP (Premium) purchases. Purchase history and an anonymous ID that identifies the purchaser are sent.
Game Center (Apple) / Google Play Games (Google): to show leaderboards. Scores are linked to your account with each provider and managed on their services.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent to the use of data for advertising when you first launch it. If you do not consent, you can still use the App and will see non-personalized ads. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from "Privacy Settings" in the settings menu (this item appears only in regions where consent management is required).
On iOS, the App shows a prompt asking whether it may use your advertising identifier (IDFA). Only if you allow it is the IDFA used to deliver and measure ads. If you do not allow it, the IDFA is not collected. You can change this at any time in "Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking" on iOS.
Information is used only to show and measure ads, improve the App and fix bugs, and verify purchase status. Except as required by law, it is not shared with any third party other than the services above.
The services above process information on servers located outside Japan, including in the United States. Each provider manages the information under its own privacy policy.
Game data stored on your device is erased when you delete the App. Information sent to third-party services is retained for the periods each provider sets. If you would like information held by those services, such as RevenueCat purchase records, to be deleted, contact us at the address below.
The App is for entertainment only. In-app chips have no monetary value and cannot be wagered for or exchanged into real money. The in-app purchase (VIP plan) is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription that unlocks features such as ad removal and double-speed mode; it does not sell chips. Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play, and the App never receives your card details.
The App includes simulated gambling and is intended for users aged 17 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information has been sent, please contact us.
We may update this policy as needed. When we do, we will announce it on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
