本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供する「FaceRUSH」（以下「本アプリ」。App Clip を含みます）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本規約は、本アプリの利用に関するユーザーと運営者との一切の関係に適用されます。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリを利用しないでください。
運営者は、ユーザーに対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的に利用する、譲渡不能・非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリおよびこれに関するソフトウェア、デザイン、ロゴ等の知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
本アプリは、表情を判定するためにインカメラを使います。カメラへのアクセスを許可しない場合、ゲームを遊べません。表情の判定は Face ID（TrueDepth カメラ）に対応した端末を前提としており、非対応の端末では正しく動作しないことがあります。
本アプリにアプリ内課金はありません。すべての機能を無料で利用できます。
本アプリは広告を表示しません。
本アプリで作成したハイライト動画は、ユーザーの端末内で作られます。動画を保存・共有したり SNS に投稿したりする場合、その内容についての権利と責任はユーザーにあります。他の人が映っている場合は、その人の同意を得るなど、ユーザーの責任で適切に取り扱ってください。
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為をしてはなりません。
本アプリは現状のまま提供され、運営者は、完全性・正確性・有用性・特定の目的への適合性を保証しません。本アプリの利用または利用できないことによってユーザーに生じた損害について、運営者は、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。端末の環境に起因する不具合についても責任を負いません。表情を大きく動かすゲームですので、周囲の安全に気をつけ、体調にあわせて無理のない範囲で遊んでください。
運営者は、事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。
App Store から本アプリを入手した場合、本規約に加えて Apple の標準使用許諾契約（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）が適用されます。本規約と同契約の内容が矛盾する場合は、法令で認められる範囲で本規約が優先します。
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の本規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "FaceRUSH" (the "App", including its App Clip) provided by Larry Works ("we" or "us").
These Terms apply to all matters between you and us relating to the App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All intellectual property rights in the App and its software, design and logos belong to us or the rightful owners.
The App uses the front camera to judge your expressions. If you do not allow camera access, the game cannot be played. Expression detection assumes a device with Face ID (TrueDepth camera) and may not work correctly on unsupported devices.
The App has no in-app purchases. All features are available for free.
The App does not show ads.
Highlight videos are created on your device. If you save, share or post a video on social media, you hold the rights and the responsibility for its content. If other people appear in it, you are responsible for handling it properly, such as obtaining their consent.
When using the App, you must not:
The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant its completeness, accuracy, usefulness or fitness for a particular purpose. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of or inability to use the App, nor for problems caused by your device environment. The game involves big facial movements, so please be aware of your surroundings and play within what feels comfortable for you.
We may change the App or stop providing it without prior notice.
If you obtained the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies in addition to these Terms. If these Terms conflict with that agreement, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted by law.
We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the App.
