「FaceRUSH」（以下「本アプリ」）は Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供する、表情でお題をクリアしていくゲームです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリで扱う情報と、その取り扱いについて説明します。利用条件は利用規約をご覧ください。

1. 基本方針

本アプリにはアカウント登録やログインはなく、氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなど、個人を直接特定する情報は取得しません。

2. 顔データ（TrueDepth カメラ）の取り扱い

本アプリは、インカメラ（TrueDepth カメラ）と Apple の ARKit フェイストラッキングを使って、プレイ中の表情をリアルタイムに読み取ります。

• 扱う情報: ARKit が算出する表情の数値（ブレンドシェイプ係数。口の開き具合、まばたき、笑顔などを 0.0〜1.0 で表した値）と、インカメラのライブ映像です。個人を識別するための顔の生体テンプレートや、顔の3Dメッシュ・深度マップを作成・保存することはありません。
• 使い道: お題どおりの表情になったかをその場で判定してゲームを進めることと、プレイ中の画面から静止コマを取り出して、端末内で「変顔ハイライト動画（タイムラプス）」を作ることだけに使います。広告、本人確認、プロファイリングなどには使いません。
• 処理の場所: カメラ映像と表情データは、すべてお使いの端末の中で処理されます。運営者のサーバーや第三者に送信・共有されることはありません。
• 保持期間: 表情の数値は各フレームの判定が終わるとすぐに破棄され、保存されません。ハイライト動画用の静止コマと作成した動画は端末内の一時領域にだけ置かれ、ユーザーが「保存」や「シェア」を選んだときに限り、ユーザー自身の操作で写真ライブラリや他のアプリに渡されます。
• 分析ツールとの関係: 後述の Firebase Analytics には、顔データ、カメラ映像、TrueDepth カメラから得た情報は一切送信されません。

3. 端末内に保存するデータ

ベストタイムなどの記録は端末内（UserDefaults）にだけ保存され、アプリを削除すると消えます。

4. 端末の権限

• カメラ: 表情の判定とハイライト動画の作成に使います。許可しない場合、ゲームを遊べません。
• 写真ライブラリへの追加: 作成したハイライト動画を保存するときだけ使います。本アプリが写真ライブラリの中身を読み取ることはありません。

Instagram ストーリーへのシェアを選んだ場合は、動画を一時的にクリップボードに置いて Instagram に渡します（5分で期限切れになります）。TikTok へのシェアを選んだ場合は、動画を写真ライブラリに保存してから TikTok を開きます。シェア先での取り扱いは、各サービスのポリシーに従います。

位置情報やマイクの権限は使用しません。

5. 利用状況の分析（Firebase Analytics）

本アプリ本体は、アプリの改善と不具合の把握のため、Google LLC が提供する Firebase Analytics を使って次の情報を取得します。

• アプリインスタンスID（このアプリのインストールを区別する識別子）
• 利用状況のイベント（ゲームの開始・完了・中断、お題のスキップ、プレイ人数、クリアタイム、カメラの許可の結果、動画のシェア・保存の方法、もう一回遊んだかなど）
• 端末の種類、OSバージョン、IPアドレスから推定するおおよその地域

これらは利用状況の分析とアプリの改善のためだけに使います。Google でのデータの取り扱いは Google プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

6. App Clip について

本アプリの App Clip（アプリをインストールせずに試せる簡易版）には Firebase Analytics を組み込んでおらず、利用状況などの情報は一切取得しません。顔データとカメラ映像は本体と同じく端末内だけで処理されます。

7. 広告とトラッキング

本アプリは広告を表示しません。広告目的のトラッキングは行わず、広告識別子（IDFA）も取得しません。そのため、トラッキングの許可（ATT）を求めることもありません。

8. 利用目的

取得した情報は、ゲームの機能の提供、利用状況の分析による改善、不具合の把握、お問い合わせへの対応のために使います。

9. 第三者提供と国外での取り扱い

法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供することはありません。Firebase Analytics（Google）は運営者の委託先として情報を取り扱い、米国など日本国外のサーバーで処理することがあります。運営者が個人情報を販売することはありません。

10. 保存期間と削除

端末内の記録はアプリを削除すると消去されます。顔データは保存しないため、削除の必要はありません。Firebase Analytics のデータは Google の設定に基づく保持期間の経過後に削除されます。分析データについてご要望がある場合は、下記までご連絡ください。

11. お子さまについて

本アプリはどなたでも遊べるカジュアルゲームですが、13歳未満の子どもを主な対象としてはおらず、子どもから故意に個人情報を集めることはありません。お子さまが遊ぶ場合は、保護者の方の同意のもとでご利用ください。お子さまの情報が送信されたことに保護者の方が気づかれた場合は、下記までご連絡ください。

12. ポリシーの改定

本ポリシーは、法令やアプリの内容の変更に応じて改定することがあります。改定するときは本ページでお知らせし、上記の日付を更新します。

FaceRUSH — Privacy Policy

"FaceRUSH" (the "App") is a game provided by Larry Works ("we" or "us") in which you clear challenges with your facial expressions. This policy explains what information the App handles and how. See the Terms of Use for the conditions of use.

1. Basic Policy

There is no account registration or sign-in, and we do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, address, phone number or email address.

2. Face Data (TrueDepth Camera)

The App uses the front (TrueDepth) camera and Apple's ARKit face tracking to read your facial expressions in real time while you play.

• What is handled: expression values calculated by ARKit (blend shape coefficients, values from 0.0 to 1.0 describing how open your mouth is, blinking, smiling and so on) and the live front-camera image. The App does not create or store biometric face templates, 3D face meshes or depth maps used to identify individuals.
• How it is used: only to judge on the spot whether your expression matches the challenge, and to take still frames from the screen during play to create a "funny-face highlight video (timelapse)" on your device. It is never used for advertising, identity verification or profiling.
• Where it is processed: camera images and expression data are processed entirely on your device. They are never sent to our servers or shared with third parties.
• Retention: expression values are discarded as soon as each frame has been judged and are never stored. The still frames and the highlight video are kept only in a temporary area on your device, and are passed to your photo library or other apps only when you choose "Save" or "Share" yourself.
• Analytics: no face data, camera images or information from the TrueDepth camera is ever sent to Firebase Analytics, described below.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Records such as your best time are stored only on your device (UserDefaults) and are erased when you delete the App.

4. Device Permissions

• Camera: to judge your expressions and create the highlight video. Without it, the game cannot be played.
• Add to photo library: only to save highlight videos you create. The App never reads the contents of your photo library.

If you share to Instagram Stories, the video is placed on the clipboard temporarily and handed to Instagram (it expires after five minutes). If you share to TikTok, the video is saved to your photo library and TikTok is opened. Handling at the destination is governed by that service's own policy.

The App does not use location or microphone permissions.

5. Usage Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

To improve the App and understand problems, the full App uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to collect the following:

• an app instance ID (an identifier that distinguishes this installation of the App);
• usage events (game start, completion and abandonment, skipped challenges, number of players, clear time, whether camera permission was granted, how a video was shared or saved, whether you played again, etc.);
• device model, OS version, and an approximate region inferred from your IP address.

This information is used only to analyze usage and improve the App. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles data.

6. App Clip

The App Clip (a lightweight version you can try without installing the App) does not include Firebase Analytics and collects no usage or other information. As in the full App, face data and camera images are processed only on your device.

7. Advertising and Tracking

The App does not show ads. It does not track you for advertising and does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA), so it never asks for tracking permission (ATT).

8. How We Use Information

We use the information to provide the game's features, analyze usage to improve the App, understand problems, and respond to inquiries.

9. Sharing and International Transfers

We do not provide information to third parties except as required by law. Firebase Analytics (Google) handles information on our behalf as a service provider and may process it on servers outside Japan, including in the United States. We do not sell personal information.

10. Retention and Deletion

Records on your device are erased when you delete the App. Face data is never stored, so there is nothing to delete. Firebase Analytics data is deleted after the retention period configured with Google. If you have a request regarding analytics data, please contact us.

11. Children

The App is a casual game anyone can enjoy, but it is not directed primarily at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Children should play with a parent's or guardian's consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information has been sent to us, please contact us.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as laws or the App change. When we do, we will announce it on this page and update the dates above.
