本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供する「ばくだんパニックゲーム」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本規約は、本アプリを利用するすべてのユーザーに適用されます。ユーザーは、本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
運営者は、ユーザーに対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的に利用する、譲渡不能・非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布は禁止します。
本アプリにアプリ内課金はありません。すべての機能を無料で利用できます。
本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告に関するデータの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。広告から移動した先の外部サービスの内容について、運営者は責任を負いません。
本アプリは、みんなで盛り上がるためのパーティーゲームです。罰ゲームは参加者全員が楽しめる範囲で行ってください。嫌がる人への強要、危険な行為、飲酒の強要などには使わないでください。本アプリの利用中に参加者の間で生じたトラブルについて、運営者は責任を負いません。
ユーザーは、次の行為をしてはなりません。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、その完全性・正確性・特定目的への適合性について、明示または黙示を問わず保証しません。本アプリの利用または利用できないことによって生じた損害について、運営者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。端末内のゲームデータは、アプリの削除や端末の故障などにより失われる場合があります。
運営者は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。
App Store から本アプリを入手した場合、本規約に加えて Apple の標準使用許諾契約（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）が適用されます。本規約と矛盾する場合は、その範囲で Apple の標準使用許諾契約が優先します。
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の本規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "Bomb Panic: Party Game" (the "App") provided by Larry Works ("we" or "us").
These Terms apply to everyone who uses the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App in accordance with these Terms. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or redistributing the App is prohibited.
The App has no in-app purchases. All features are free to use.
The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for how ad-related data is handled. We are not responsible for the content of external services reached through ads.
The App is a party game meant for having fun together. Keep penalties to things everyone can enjoy. Do not use it to force anyone into something they do not want to do, anything dangerous, or drinking. We are not responsible for disputes that arise among players while using the App.
You must not:
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Game data on your device may be lost if the App is deleted or the device fails.
We may change the App or stop providing it without prior notice.
If you obtained the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies in addition to these Terms. Where the two conflict, Apple's Standard EULA prevails to that extent.
We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect once posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the App.
