ばくだんパニックゲームプライバシーポリシー

「ばくだんパニックゲーム」（以下「本アプリ」）は Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供します。本ポリシーは、本アプリで扱う情報と、その取り扱いについて定めるものです。利用規約はこちらをご覧ください。

1. 端末内に保存する情報

ボタン数・爆弾数・タイマーの長さ・音や振動の設定、罰ゲームの設定、ハイスコアなどのゲームデータは、お使いの端末の中だけに保存されます。これらが運営者のサーバーに送られることはありません。

本アプリにはアカウント登録やログインの機能はなく、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人情報を入力していただくことはありません。運営者がこうした情報を取得することもありません。

2. 外部サービスが取得する情報

本アプリは以下の外部サービスを利用しており、それぞれの提供元が次の情報を取得・処理します。

Google AdMob（広告の配信と効果測定）: 広告識別子（iOS の IDFA は許可された場合のみ、Android の広告 ID）、端末の機種や OS などの端末情報、IP アドレスから推定されるおおよその位置、広告の表示やタップなどの操作履歴。本アプリではバナー広告、インタースティシャル広告、起動時の広告を表示します。
Firebase Analytics（利用状況の分析）: アプリインスタンス ID、遊んだゲームや画面の利用状況、端末情報、IP アドレスから推定されるおおよその位置。
Firebase Crashlytics（不具合の調査）: アプリが異常終了したときのクラッシュ情報、端末の機種や OS バージョンなどの端末情報。
Firebase Remote Config（設定の配信）: アプリの表示や広告の出し方などの設定値を受け取るため、アプリのインストールを識別する ID と端末情報が送信されます。

3. 広告の同意（欧州経済領域・英国・スイス）

欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスでお使いの場合は、Google の同意管理プラットフォーム（UMP）により、広告のためのデータ利用について初回起動時に同意をお願いします。同意しない場合は、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます。

同意の内容は、アプリ内の「設定」画面の「プライバシーと規約」にある「プライバシー設定」から、いつでも変更・撤回できます（この項目は同意が必要な地域でのみ表示されます）。

4. トラッキングの許可（iOS）

iOS では、起動時に App Tracking Transparency（ATT）によるトラッキングの許可をお尋ねします。許可した場合に限り、広告識別子（IDFA）が広告の配信と効果測定に使われます。許可しなくても本アプリはすべて遊べます。設定は iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。

5. 端末の権限

本アプリはカメラ、写真、位置情報、連絡先、マイクを使用しません。振動はゲームの演出のために使い、何かを送信することはありません。

6. 利用目的

取得した情報は、本アプリの提供と改善、不具合の調査と修正、利用状況の把握、広告の配信と効果測定のために使います。

7. 第三者提供と国外での取り扱い

法令に基づく場合を除き、運営者が取得した情報を第三者に提供することはありません。上記の外部サービスへの送信は、本アプリの機能や広告配信のために運営者が委託するものです。これらのサービスは主に米国など日本国外のサーバーで情報を処理するため、情報が国外に移転される場合があります。

8. 保存期間と削除

端末内のゲームデータは、本アプリを削除すると消去されます。外部サービスが取得した情報は、各提供元の定める期間保存されます。運営者が管理する Firebase 上のデータの削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

9. 子どもについて

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを主な対象としておらず、子どもから故意に個人情報を集めることはありません。お子さまの情報が送信されたことにお気づきの保護者の方は、お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

10. 本ポリシーの改定

本ポリシーを改定するときは本ページでお知らせし、上部の日付を更新します。改定後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を持ちます。

Bomb Panic: Party Game — Privacy Policy

"Bomb Panic: Party Game" (the "App") is provided by Larry Works ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used. See also our Terms of Use.

1. Data Stored on Your Device

Game data such as the number of buttons and bombs, timer length, sound and vibration settings, penalty settings, and high scores is stored only on your device. It is never sent to our servers.

The App has no account registration or sign-in, and never asks for personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. We do not collect such information.

2. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

The App uses the following services. Each provider collects and processes the information described below.

Google AdMob (ad delivery and measurement): advertising identifiers (the iOS IDFA only if you allow it, and the Android advertising ID), device information such as model and OS, approximate location inferred from your IP address, and ad interactions such as views and taps. The App shows banner, interstitial, and app-open ads.
Firebase Analytics (usage analytics): app instance ID, usage of games and screens, device information, and approximate location inferred from your IP address.
Firebase Crashlytics (troubleshooting): crash reports and device information such as model and OS version.
Firebase Remote Config (configuration delivery): an installation identifier and device information are sent so the App can receive settings such as display and ad configuration.

3. Ad Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

If you use the App in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent to the use of data for advertising on first launch through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). If you do not consent, you will see non-personalized ads.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from "Privacy Settings" under "Privacy & Legal" on the App's Settings screen (this item appears only in regions where consent is required).

4. Tracking Permission (iOS)

On iOS, the App asks for tracking permission through App Tracking Transparency (ATT) at launch. Only if you allow it is the advertising identifier (IDFA) used for ad delivery and measurement. You can enjoy the whole App without allowing it. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

5. Device Permissions

The App does not use the camera, photos, location, contacts, or microphone. Vibration is used only for game effects and sends nothing.

6. Purposes of Use

We use the information to provide and improve the App, investigate and fix bugs, understand usage, and deliver and measure ads.

7. Sharing and International Transfers

We do not share the information with third parties except as required by law. Sending data to the services above is part of the App's functionality and ad delivery, which we entrust to those providers. These services mainly process data on servers outside Japan, such as in the United States, so your information may be transferred abroad.

8. Retention and Deletion

Game data on your device is erased when you delete the App. Information collected by third-party services is retained for the periods set by each provider. To request deletion of data held in our Firebase project, please contact us below.

9. Children

The App is not primarily directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information has been sent, please contact us.

10. Changes to This Policy

When we revise this policy, we will announce it on this page and update the date above. Revisions take effect once posted on this page.
