AIギャルトーク 利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供する「AIギャルトーク」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

1. 適用と同意

本規約は、本アプリを利用するすべての方（以下「ユーザー」）に適用されます。ユーザーは、本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. ライセンス

運営者はユーザーに対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的に利用するための、譲渡できない非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリのキャラクター、画像、音声、プログラムなどの権利は運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布はできません。

3. サブスクリプション（なかよしプラン）

本アプリは基本機能を無料で提供し、有料の月額サブスクリプション「なかよしプラン」で広告の非表示などの特典を提供します。

• 価格と期間は、購入画面および App Store に表示される内容が適用されます。代金は Apple ID に請求されます。
• サブスクリプションは、期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動で更新され、更新時に次の期間の料金が請求されます。
• 解約は、iOS の「設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション」から行えます。アプリを削除しただけでは解約されません。解約しても、支払い済みの期間が終わるまでは特典を利用できます。
• 返金は Apple の定める規定に従います。運営者が直接返金を行うことはできません。
• 機種変更や再インストールの後は、画面左上のメニューの「購入の復元」から購入内容を復元できます。

4. 広告

本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告に関するデータの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。広告の内容や広告先のサービスについて、運営者は責任を負いません。

5. 入力内容とAIの応答

本アプリの会話はAIが自動で生成します。AIの応答は娯楽を目的としたもので、内容の正確性、完全性、有用性を保証しません。医療、法律、金融などの専門的な助言ではありませんので、大切な判断は専門家にご相談ください。AIの応答に不適切な内容があった場合は、アプリ内の報告機能からお知らせください。

ユーザーが入力した文章や送った写真は、応答の生成のために外部のAIサービスに送信されます。他人の個人情報や、他人の権利を侵害する写真・文章は送らないでください。AIが生成した内容について運営者は権利を主張しませんが、その利用はユーザーの責任で行ってください。

6. 禁止事項

ユーザーは次の行為をしてはなりません。

• 法令や公序良俗に反する行為
• 運営者や第三者の権利を侵害する行為
• 本アプリの不正な改変、解析、または通常の範囲を超えるアクセスなど、運営を妨げる行為
• 本アプリを使った広告・宣伝・勧誘
• 面識のない他人との出会いを目的とする行為
• その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

違反があった場合、運営者は事前の通知なく本アプリの利用を制限することがあります。

7. 免責

本アプリは現状のまま提供され、運営者は特定の目的への適合性や不具合がないことを保証しません。本アプリの利用または利用できないことによってユーザーに生じた損害について、運営者は故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。会話履歴などの端末内のデータは、アプリの削除や端末の故障などにより失われることがあります。

8. サービスの変更・中断・終了

運営者は、メンテナンス、システム障害、天災などの不可抗力、その他運営上必要な場合に、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。終了する場合は、可能な範囲で事前にお知らせします。

9. Apple の標準使用許諾契約

App Store から本アプリを入手した場合、本規約に加えて Apple の標準使用許諾契約（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）が適用されます。本規約と同契約の内容が矛盾する場合は、本規約が優先します。ただし、同契約のうち Apple の権利に関する定めは本規約によって変更されません。

10. 規約の変更

運営者は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更するときは本ページで告知し、上記の日付を更新します。変更後の本規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

11. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

AI Gal Talk — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "AI Gal Talk" (the "App"), provided by Larry Works ("we" or "us").

1. Application and Agreement

These Terms apply to everyone who uses the App ("you"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. The rights to the App's characters, images, sounds, and software belong to us or their rightful owners. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.

3. Subscription (Nakayoshi Plan)

The App's basic features are free. The paid monthly subscription "Nakayoshi Plan" provides benefits such as removing ads.

• The price and period shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store apply. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the next period is charged at renewal.
• You can cancel in iOS under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription. After cancelling, you can keep using the benefits until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled under Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
• After changing devices or reinstalling, you can restore your purchase with "購入の復元" (Restore Purchases) in the menu at the top left of the screen.

4. Advertising

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for the services they link to.

5. Your Input and AI Replies

Conversations in the App are generated automatically by AI. AI replies are for entertainment, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice; please consult a professional for important decisions. If you find an inappropriate reply, please let us know with the in-app report feature.

Text you enter and photos you send are sent to an external AI service to generate replies. Do not send other people's personal information, or photos or text that infringe the rights of others. We claim no rights in AI-generated content, but you use it at your own responsibility.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Act in violation of laws or public order and morals
• Infringe the rights of us or any third party
• Tamper with or analyze the App without authorization, access it beyond normal use, or otherwise interfere with its operation
• Use the App for advertising, promotion, or solicitation
• Use the App to meet people you do not know
• Engage in any other conduct we consider inappropriate

If you violate these Terms, we may restrict your use of the App without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is", and we do not warrant that it is fit for any particular purpose or free of defects. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Data on your device, such as conversation history, may be lost if the App is deleted or the device fails.

8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service

We may change the App or suspend or end its provision for maintenance, system failures, force majeure such as natural disasters, or other operational reasons. If we end the App, we will give advance notice where possible.

9. Apple Standard EULA

If you obtained the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) applies in addition to these Terms. If these Terms conflict with that agreement, these Terms prevail, except that provisions of that agreement concerning Apple's rights are not modified by these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed. We will announce revisions on this page and update the dates above. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
