「AIギャルトーク」（以下「本アプリ」）は Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供します。本ポリシーは、本アプリで取り扱う情報の内容と、その利用方法を説明するものです。利用条件は利用規約をご覧ください。

1. アカウントについて

本アプリにアカウント登録やログインはありません。氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスを入力していただくことはありません。

2. 端末内に保存するデータ

次のデータはお使いの端末の中に保存され、運営者のサーバーには保存しません。

• 最初に入力していただく呼び名（ニックネーム）
• AIとの会話履歴、トークで送った写真の端末内コピー
• 会話の内容からAIがまとめた、ユーザーに関するメモ（好きなもの・呼び名など。応答を自然にするために使います）
• 親密度、アバターの設定、写真の送信回数などのアプリ設定

なお、会話の応答を作るために、入力した内容は次項の Vertex AI に送信されます。

3. 外部サービスに送信する情報

本アプリは次の外部サービスを利用しており、それぞれ以下の情報が送信されます。

• Vertex AI in Firebase（Google の生成AI、Gemini）: 会話の応答を作るため、入力したメッセージ、呼び名、直近の会話の流れ、端末内のメモ、トークで送った写真を送信します。送信した内容は応答の生成に使われ、運営者がその内容を保存することはありません。
• Cloud Firestore（Firebase）: プッシュ通知を届けるため、アプリが生成する端末ごとの識別子と通知用トークンを保存します。また、AIの応答を「報告」した場合に限り、報告対象のAIのメッセージ、その直前にあなたが送ったメッセージ、呼び名、選んだ報告理由と入力した詳細を保存し、応答の品質改善と不適切な応答への対応に使います。
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: プッシュ通知の配信のため、通知用トークンを利用します。通知は iOS の設定からいつでもオフにできます。
• Google Analytics for Firebase: 利用状況の把握とアプリ改善のため、アプリインスタンスID、端末ごとの識別子、画面の表示や機能の利用などの操作履歴、端末・OSの情報、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域を送信します。会話の本文や呼び名そのものは送信せず、文字数などの数値だけを送ります。
• Firebase Crashlytics: 不具合の修正のため、クラッシュ時の状況（エラー内容、端末の種類、OSのバージョンなど）を送信します。
• Firebase App Check: 正規のアプリからのアクセスであることを確かめ、AI機能の不正利用を防ぐために、端末の正当性を確認する情報をやり取りします。
• Google AdMob: 広告の配信と効果測定のため、広告ID（IDFA。トラッキングを許可した場合のみ）、端末情報、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報、広告の表示やタップなどの操作情報を送信します。
• RevenueCat: サブスクリプション「なかよしプラン」の購入状態の管理と購入の復元のため、購入情報と、購入者を区別するための匿名IDを送信します。

4. 広告の同意（欧州経済領域・英国・スイス）

欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスのユーザーには、Google の同意管理プラットフォーム（UMP）を通じて、広告のためのデータ利用について同意を求めます。同意しない場合は、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます。同意の内容は、画面左上のメニューにある「プライバシー設定」からいつでも変更・撤回できます（この項目は同意の確認が必要な地域でのみ表示されます）。

5. トラッキング（ATT）について

iOS では、広告IDの利用について App Tracking Transparency の許可を求めます。許可した場合に限り、広告の配信と効果測定のために IDFA を利用します。許可しなくても本アプリはすべて利用できます。許可の状態は iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。

6. カメラと写真へのアクセス

トークで写真を送るときに限り、カメラまたは写真ライブラリへのアクセスを求めます。撮影した写真や選んだ写真は、AIが写真について返事をするために Vertex AI に送信され、会話履歴として端末内にも保存されます。それ以外の写真を読み取ったり、運営者のサーバーに保存したりすることはありません。

7. 利用目的

• AIとの会話機能の提供
• プッシュ通知の配信
• サブスクリプションの提供・管理・購入の復元
• 広告の配信と効果測定
• 利用状況の分析、不具合の修正、アプリの改善
• 不適切な応答や不正利用への対応

8. 第三者提供と国外での取り扱い

法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を上記の委託先以外の第三者に提供することはありません。上記の外部サービスは、米国などの海外のサーバーで情報を処理する場合があります。

9. 保存期間と削除

端末内のデータは、アプリを削除するとすべて消えます。会話履歴は、画面左上のメニューの「会話履歴の削除」から消すこともできます。

Firestore に保存した通知用の情報や報告の内容、その他サーバー側にある情報の削除を希望される場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。各外部サービスが保持する情報は、それぞれの事業者の定める期間に従って扱われます。

10. お子さまについて

本アプリは13歳未満のお子さまを対象としておらず、13歳未満のお子さまから故意に個人情報を集めることはありません。本アプリはAIとの自由な会話を含み、AIの応答に予期しない表現が含まれることがあります。お子さまの情報が送信されたことに保護者の方が気づかれた場合は、下記までご連絡ください。速やかに削除します。

11. 本ポリシーの改定

本ポリシーを改定するときは、本ページで告知し、上記の日付を更新します。改定後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

AI Gal Talk — Privacy Policy

"AI Gal Talk" (the "App") is provided by Larry Works ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used. See the Terms of Use for the conditions of use.

1. Accounts

The App has no account registration or sign-in. We never ask for your name, address, phone number, or email address.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored on your device and is not stored on our servers:

• The nickname you enter when you start
• Your conversation history with the AI, including on-device copies of photos you sent in chat
• Short notes about you that the AI summarizes from your conversations (things you like, what you want to be called, etc.), used to keep replies natural
• App settings such as friendship level, avatar settings, and the number of photos sent

To generate replies, what you enter is sent to Vertex AI as described in the next section.

3. Information Sent to Third-Party Services

The App uses the following services, and the information below is sent to each.

• Vertex AI in Firebase (Google's generative AI, Gemini): to generate replies, the messages you enter, your nickname, the recent flow of the conversation, the on-device notes, and photos you send in chat. This content is used to generate replies; we do not store it.
• Cloud Firestore (Firebase): an app-generated per-device identifier and a notification token, stored so that push notifications can be delivered. In addition, only when you "report" an AI reply, we store the reported AI message, the message you sent just before it, your nickname, the reason you chose, and any details you entered, and use them to improve reply quality and handle inappropriate replies.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: the notification token, used to deliver push notifications. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.
• Google Analytics for Firebase: the app instance ID, a per-device identifier, usage such as screens viewed and features used, device and OS information, and approximate location inferred from your IP address, used to understand usage and improve the App. We do not send conversation text or your nickname itself, only numbers such as character counts.
• Firebase Crashlytics: crash details (error information, device model, OS version, etc.), used to fix bugs.
• Firebase App Check: device attestation information, used to confirm that requests come from the genuine App and to prevent abuse of the AI feature.
• Google AdMob: the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), device information, approximate location inferred from your IP address, and ad interactions such as views and taps, used to serve and measure ads.
• RevenueCat: purchase information and an anonymous ID that distinguishes purchasers, used to manage the "Nakayoshi Plan" subscription and to restore purchases.

4. Ad Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked for consent to the use of data for advertising through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). If you do not consent, non-personalized ads are shown. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from "プライバシー設定" (Privacy Settings) in the menu at the top left of the screen. This item appears only in regions where consent is required.

5. Tracking (ATT)

On iOS, the App asks for App Tracking Transparency permission to use the advertising identifier. The IDFA is used to serve and measure ads only if you allow it. You can use every feature of the App without allowing it. You can change this at any time in iOS under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

6. Camera and Photos

The App asks for access to the camera or photo library only when you send a photo in chat. The photo you take or choose is sent to Vertex AI so the AI can reply about it, and is also saved on your device as part of the conversation history. The App does not read any other photos and does not store photos on our servers.

7. Purposes of Use

• Providing the AI conversation feature
• Delivering push notifications
• Providing and managing the subscription, and restoring purchases
• Serving and measuring ads
• Analyzing usage, fixing bugs, and improving the App
• Handling inappropriate replies and abuse

8. Sharing and International Transfers

Except as required by law, we do not share information with any third party other than the service providers listed above. These providers may process information on servers outside Japan, including in the United States.

9. Retention and Deletion

All data on your device is erased when you delete the App. You can also erase your conversation history with "会話履歴の削除" (Delete Conversation History) in the menu at the top left of the screen.

To request deletion of the notification data or report contents stored in Firestore, or any other server-side data, please contact us at the address below. Information held by each third-party service is handled according to that provider's retention periods.

10. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App involves open-ended conversation with an AI, and its replies may contain unexpected expressions. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information has been sent to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

When we revise this policy, we will announce it on this page and update the dates above. Revisions take effect once posted on this page.
