本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供する「A Simple Dice」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリは、スマートフォン上でサイコロを振るためのアプリです。
本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する運営者とユーザーとの間のすべての関係に適用されます。ユーザーは、本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
運営者は、ユーザーに対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的に利用する、譲渡不能・非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布は禁止します。本アプリに関する知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。
本アプリは無料で利用できます。追加の機能として、広告を表示しないようにする買い切りのアプリ内課金「広告を削除」を提供しています。サブスクリプション（自動更新の定期購入）はありません。
価格は購入画面および App Store／Google Play に表示されるとおりで、お住まいの国や地域によって異なる場合があります。決済は各ストアを通じて行われ、返金は Apple または Google の返金ポリシーに従います。機種変更や再インストールの後は、「プレミアム機能」画面の「購入を復元する」から購入状態を戻せます。
本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告に関するデータの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為をしてはなりません。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、その完全性・正確性・特定目的への適合性や、不具合がないことについて明示または黙示を問わず保証しません。サイコロの出目は娯楽のためのもので、賭け事など金銭のやり取りに使うことを想定していません。本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた損害について、運営者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
運営者は、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。
App Store から本アプリを入手した場合、本規約に加えて Apple の標準使用許諾契約（https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/）が適用されます。本規約と同契約の内容が矛盾する場合は、本規約が優先します。
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の本規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "A Simple Dice" (the "App"), provided by Larry Works (the "Operator"). The App is for rolling dice on your smartphone.
These Terms apply to all matters between the Operator and you concerning the use of the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The Operator grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App. All intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Operator or to the rightful third-party owners.
The App is free to use. As an extra, it offers a one-time in-app purchase, "Remove Ads," that stops ads from appearing. There are no subscriptions (auto-renewing purchases).
Prices are as shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store / Google Play, and may vary by country or region. Payments are processed by each store, and refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's refund policies. After changing devices or reinstalling, use "Restore Purchases" on the Premium screen to restore your purchase.
The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
When using the App, you must not:
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from bugs. Dice results are for entertainment and are not intended for gambling or any exchange of money. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
The Operator may change the contents of the App or stop providing it without prior notice.
If you obtained the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) applies in addition to these Terms. If these Terms conflict with that agreement, these Terms prevail.
The Operator may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
