「チンチロ倶楽部」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリのプライバシーに関する取り扱いは以下のとおりです。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリはオンラインで対戦するゲームのため、次の情報を提供者のサーバーに保存します。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・連絡先・正確な位置情報は収集しません。

• 匿名のアカウントの識別子（初めて起動したときに自動で作られます。個人を特定する情報とは結び付きません）
• ゲーム内で付けた名前
• ゲームの記録（持ち金、対局の結果と戦績、番付、手に入れた品、日当の受け取りなど）
• 富くじの購入の記録（App Store が発行する取引の情報。クレジットカードなどの支払い情報は提供者には届きません）
• リワード広告を最後まで見たことの記録
• 通信の記録（接続した日時、IP アドレス、アプリの版など。障害の調査と不正の防止に使います）
• アプリの利用状況（開いた画面、対局の開始・終了などの操作、端末の種類や OS の版、アプリごとに作られる計測用の識別子。下の Google Analytics for Firebase で集計します）

音量などの設定は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。

2. 利用目的

収集した情報は、対戦の進行、記録や品の保存、番付の表示、購入した品の付与、不正の防止、障害の調査、お問い合わせへの対応、およびアプリの改善のための利用状況の分析のために使います。

3. ほかのユーザーに見える情報

ゲーム内で付けた名前、戦績、番付の順位、使っている品（スタンプ・名前の札など）は、対戦相手や番付を見たほかのユーザーに表示されます。名前には、本名など個人を特定できる情報を入れないでください。

4. 第三者のサービス

本アプリは次のサービスを利用しており、それぞれの事業者が情報を取り扱います。

• Google Cloud / Firebase（Google LLC）: 匿名のアカウントの発行と、サーバー・データの保管に利用します。
• Google Analytics for Firebase（Google LLC）: アプリの利用状況の分析に利用します。開いた画面や操作、端末の情報、アプリごとの計測用の識別子を集め、匿名のアカウントの識別子と結び付けて集計します。広告識別子（IDFA）は使わず、広告のための追跡にも使いません。
• Google AdMob（Google LLC）: リワード広告の配信に利用します。AdMob は広告の配信および計測のために、デバイス情報、おおよその位置情報、広告の表示・操作に関する情報、診断情報などを収集する場合があります。本アプリはトラッキングの許可を求めないため、広告識別子（IDFA）は利用されません。リワード広告は、ユーザーがボタンを押して自分で選んだときだけ表示されます。
• App Store（Apple Inc.）: 富くじの購入と支払いは Apple を通じて行われます。

上記のほか、法令に基づく場合を除き、収集した情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

5. データの保存と削除

データは、アカウントが使われているあいだ保存します。アカウントとデータの削除を希望される場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。ご本人のアカウントであることを確かめたうえで削除します（法令により保存が必要な購入の記録などを除きます）。

6. お子様の利用

本アプリは、13 歳未満のお子様から意図して個人情報を収集することはありません。

"Chinchiro Club" (チンチロ倶楽部, the "App") respects your privacy.

1. Information We Collect

Because the App is an online multiplayer game, the following is stored on the provider's servers. We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location.

• An anonymous account identifier (created automatically on first launch; not linked to information that identifies you)
• The display name you enter in the game
• Game records (in-game money, match results and statistics, rankings, items obtained, daily rewards)
• Purchase records for lottery draws (transaction information issued by the App Store; payment details such as card numbers never reach the provider)
• Records that a rewarded ad was watched to the end
• Connection logs (time of connection, IP address, app version), used to investigate outages and prevent abuse
• App usage (screens opened, actions such as starting and finishing a match, device model and OS version, and a per-installation measurement identifier), aggregated with Google Analytics for Firebase below

Settings such as volume are stored only on your device.

2. How We Use Information

To run matches, save records and items, display rankings, deliver purchased items, prevent abuse, investigate outages, respond to inquiries, and analyze usage to improve the App.

3. Information Visible to Other Users

Your display name, statistics, ranking position, and equipped items (such as stamps and name plates) are shown to opponents and to users viewing the rankings. Do not put information that identifies you, such as your real name, in your display name.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Cloud / Firebase (Google LLC): used to issue anonymous accounts and to host the servers and data.
• Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC): used to analyze how the App is used. It collects screens opened, actions, device information, and a per-installation measurement identifier, and aggregates them together with the anonymous account identifier. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used, and the data is not used to track you for advertising.
• Google AdMob (Google LLC): used to serve rewarded ads. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may collect information such as device information, approximate location, ad interaction data, and diagnostics. The App does not request tracking permission, so the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used. Rewarded ads are shown only when you choose to watch one by tapping a button.
• App Store (Apple Inc.): purchases and payments for lottery draws are processed by Apple.

Other than the above, we do not provide collected information to third parties except where required by law.

5. Retention and Deletion

Data is kept while the account is in use. To request deletion of your account and data, contact us at the address below. We will delete it after confirming the account is yours (except purchase records and other data we are required by law to keep).

6. Children

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy as needed. The revised policy will be posted on this page.
