「16 Voices」（以下「本アプリ」）は Larry Works（以下「運営者」）が提供します。本アプリは、MBTIの16タイプのキャラクターがあなたの質問や相談に答え、会話できるアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリで取り扱う情報の内容と、その利用方法を説明するものです。利用条件は利用規約をご覧ください。
本アプリにアカウント登録やログインはありません。氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスを入力していただくことはありません。
次のデータはお使いの端末の中に保存され、運営者のサーバーには保存しません。
なお、回答を作るために、入力した内容は次項の Vertex AI に送信されます。
本アプリは次の外部サービスを利用しており、それぞれ以下の情報が送信されます。

欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスのユーザーには、Google の同意管理プラットフォーム（UMP）を通じて、広告のためのデータ利用について同意を求めます。同意しない場合は、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます。同意の内容は、質問を入力するホーム画面の右上にある「プライバシー設定」ボタンからいつでも変更・撤回できます（このボタンは同意の確認が必要な地域でのみ表示されます）。
iOS では、広告IDの利用について App Tracking Transparency の許可を求めます。許可した場合に限り、広告の配信と効果測定のために IDFA を利用します。許可しなくても本アプリはすべて利用できます。許可の状態は iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
本アプリは、カメラ、写真、位置情報、マイク、連絡先などの端末の権限を使いません。iOS の設定にマイクの項目が表示されることがありますが、これは組み込んでいる外部SDKの都合によるもので、本アプリがマイクへのアクセスを求めたり使ったりすることはありません。
法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を上記の委託先以外の第三者に提供することはありません。上記の外部サービスは、米国などの海外のサーバーで情報を処理する場合があります。
端末内のデータは、アプリを削除するとすべて消えます。会話は履歴画面から1件ずつ削除することもできます。運営者のサーバーに会話の内容を保存することはありません。外部サービスが保持する情報は、それぞれの事業者の定める期間に従って扱われます。その削除について相談したい場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子さまを対象としておらず、13歳未満のお子さまから故意に個人情報を集めることはありません。お子さまの情報が送信されたことに保護者の方が気づかれた場合は、下記までご連絡ください。
本ポリシーを改定するときは、本ページで告知し、上記の日付を更新します。改定後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

"16 Voices" (the "App") is provided by Larry Works ("we" or "us"). In the App, characters representing the 16 MBTI types answer your questions and talk with you. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used. See the Terms of Use for the conditions of use.
The App has no account registration or sign-in. We never ask for your name, address, phone number, or email address.
The following data is stored on your device and is not stored on our servers:
To generate answers, what you enter is sent to Vertex AI as described in the next section.
The App uses the following services, and the information below is sent to each.

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked for consent to the use of data for advertising through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). If you do not consent, non-personalized ads are shown. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the "Privacy settings" button at the top right of the home screen where you enter questions. This button appears only in regions where consent is required.
On iOS, the App asks for App Tracking Transparency permission to use the advertising identifier. The IDFA is used to serve and measure ads only if you allow it. You can use every feature of the App without allowing it. You can change this at any time in iOS under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
The App does not use device permissions such as the camera, photos, location, microphone, or contacts. A microphone item may appear in iOS Settings because of a third-party SDK included in the App, but the App never requests or uses microphone access.
Except as required by law, we do not share information with any third party other than the service providers listed above. These providers may process information on servers outside Japan, including in the United States.
All data on your device is erased when you delete the App. You can also delete conversations one by one from the history screen. We do not store the content of your conversations on our servers. Information held by each third-party service is handled according to that provider's retention periods; if you have a question about deleting it, please contact us at the address below.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's information has been sent, please contact us.
When we revise this policy, we will announce it on this page and update the dates above. Revisions take effect once posted on this page.
